Postcards back in stock

I was getting quite low on my Clockwork Bird postcards but they are now back in stock! :)
I've also had some new postcards printed with my Francis Jenning illustration, these are available to buy from my Etsy art shop ....
I had some new bookmarks printed too.  The image side came out really well :)  Unfortuanately I sent off for the wrong text to be printed on the backs :( I was so annoyed at myself for doing that!  It seems such a waste not to use them though as there is nothing wrong with the fronts at all - so I will be selling them as 'seconds' at a lower price than normal.

Ribbons and Bookmarks!

I've stocked up on ribbon so now I can finish off some more bookmarks.  With so many pretty ribbons it's hard to stop myself from buying the whole shop!  I was very good this time and only bought a few colours though :)
These bookmarks are now in my Etsy art shop...

Bookmarks

New in store - bookmarks!  I've just had these bookmarks printed - they're on the same lovely thick, glossy card as my postcards and have a simple ribbon to finish them off.
Most of the bookmarks feature my Hexley prints at the moment - 8 different clockwork birds, Elizabeth Bridges, Kate Alston, DORA and Hexley Diving Station.  There are also a couple of cute animal ones.
I will be listing them as pairs of bookmarks in my shop... www.HazelFisherCreations.etsy.com

Bookmarks

I've been making some new bookmarks featuring prints of my illustrations - they're so new that they aren't even in my shop yet! Here are a couple of photos:
The first bookmark features 3 different cats from my ACEOs
and this one features parts of my Hexley Diving Station, D.O.R.A. and Octopus illustrations.

The print size of each bookmark is approx. 2 x 6.5 inches (5x16.5cm). Both bookmarks are laminated and have tassels made from different textured fibres. Keep an eye out for these bookmarks and other appearing in my Etsy shop very soon! :)

A treasury feature...

I've just had a nice surprise finding that my Autumn Wind bookmark has been featured in a treasury on Etsy. You can see the treasury in full here - curated by nemeton, it's full of lovely items from the UK!
I'm off now to sort the photos I took this morning of my cotton bags outside in the snow. They should be ready to list in my Etsy shop later today. All this snow we've been having provides a good opportunity for photographs! :D

Bookmarks

I recently bought myself a laminator and have started to make laminated bookmarks. The first few are finished now and I've started listing them in my Etsy shop today. They are all printed with HP inks on HP premium plus photo paper to produce a high quality print. On the back is the title of each print and my shop address. Before laminating, I rounded the corners of each print.
Buying these bookmarks would be a lovely way to collect my illustrations, they would also make great little gifts and of course being bookmarks they are useful too!

So far most of the bookmarks have been made from my Hexley illustrations. The first one I have listed in my shop is the 'Hexley Solo Dirigible Balloon':
The Solo Dirigible Balloon is one of the many modes of transport to have been developed at the Transportation Centre in Hexley. After several years of experiments and prototypes the first fully functioning Solo Dirigible Balloon was built in 1892. It is the perfect flying device for the lone traveller. Once the balloon has been filled with hot gas it can be steered by means of large 'fins' and propellors attached to the traveller's back. Although the traveller is not limited by the direction of the wind when flying, it is recommended not to attempt journeys in strong windy conditions!
