Something new I have been trying is downloading fonts to use in my designs. Here are 6 free fonts I have recently been using…
1. Selfish 2. Mossy 3. Parisienne 4. Nautik 5. Calamity Jane 6. Mathlete
Have you tried downloading fonts before? It’s much easier than I thought it would be. If you want to use any of the fonts I’ve shown here, click on the links above and download from the sites I’ve linked to. Open the compressed file and double click on the font file to open it. You should then see a button to install the font. (I use Windows 7 so it might be different for other operating systems.)
How do I get this to work on Microsoft Word? I moved it into the fonts file in the Control Panel, but it still doesn't work with Microsoft.
ReplyDeleteHi, How did you move it into the fonts file in the Control Panel? I double click on the font file in my downloads folder, which opens up a sample of the font in a new window and at the top are two buttons; print and Install. I click install and the fonts work in any of my programs, including Word. You might find this link helpful as it shows a few different ways of installing a new font - http://www.wikihow.com/Add-Font-in-Microsoft-Word
DeleteI hope that you can get it to work now! :)
