It's Cyber Monday and time for an early Christmas present to all my blog readers!  I have designed a sheet of Christmas gift tags featuring trees, holly and puddings - they are free for you to download and use in you Christmas crafting projects.
The photos show a few ideas of how you could use the tags to decorate Christmas gifts but you could also use them in cardmaking, scrapbooking and other craft projects.
Download and print the sheet from this album.  The sheet measures A5 (approx. 21 x 14.8cm - 8.3 x 5.8 inches).  You can print the sheet as many times as you like to use in your own personal projects - (please do not sell them in any form).  The copyright remains property of Hazel Fisher.

At the fayre...

The Creations Christmas Craft Fayre on Saturday went well :)  Here are a couple of photos of my art and craft supplies stalls...
The rest of the photos from the day will be on the fayre's blog soon!
I really enjoyed the day - meeting and chatting with all the stallholders and seeing all the lovely handmade items on display.  It was also really nice meeting the public and being able to talk to my customers face to face.  I hope that everyone else enjoyed the day too!

Organising the fayre had taken over my time for the last few weeks and now it's time to get back to normal and catch up on all the jobs I had been ignoring.  (It's amazing how much bigger my art room looks now I've tidied it up!!)

Christmas Gift Boxes

New printable gift boxes - perfect for little Christmas gifts!  This pair of printable gift boxes matches my Christmas Scrapbooking Papers (SP010).  Each box has a baubles and spots pattern, with one in red and one in green.

My favourite part is seeing the boxes made up and thinking of different ways to embellish them.  I tied this box with stranded cotton and made a bow with shiny red ribbon (it had to be sparkly for Christmas!).
These printable gift boxes are available for you to buy and make yourself from my Etsy shop.

Bright, sunshine day

Yay!  The sun has come out today!  I don't like this time of year much with the days getting shorter and darker, but when the sun comes out it makes me feel much better :)  I'm definately a daytime person and the bright day helps me to be more productive - it's also good for taking photos!

Pretty yarn

Recently I've been collecting lots of new balls of yarn - I love seeing all the colours laid out together!  It's always so hard trying to decide which colours to buy though!
I'm making a crochet blanket for my sister - here's a sneak peek at the first few squares...
I'm also crocheting some flowers and other little things for Christmas - they should be ready to photograph soon!

Pick of the Week

Downton Abbery Series 3
My sister and I are going to miss our Sunday nights watching Downton Abbey.  We loved the twists in the story - who would marry?  Who would live or die?  Now we're looking forward to it all again when we see it on DVD (without all of the advert breaks!)

Lest we forget...

This treasury by Jooles is on the front page of Etsy today, I thought it was a lovely collection of poppies for Armistice Day.

Pick of the Week

It's the 1920s, a speakeasy in St Louis... I love Tracy Butler's art and her comic is well worth having a look at!

Getting Crafty for Fayres!

Recently I've been busy getting ready for a couple of craft fayres - the first is on this Saturday 5th November.  It's the Green Fair in Lion Walk Church, Colchester and will be open 10am - 4pm.  I've never been to the Green Fair before but heard that it was really good last year.  There will be craft stalls, charity stalls, green groups, live music, refreshments and children's craft activities - I'm really looking forward to it!

I'm also working hard on preparing for the craft fayre that I am organising at the end of November.  It's all starting to come together now although I still have lots to do!  I keep coming up with new ideas for things to make for my own stall too - as if I don't have enough to do already!  www.creationsfayre.blogspot.com
